Friendly? Is that a joke? How friendly is Mars or Venus? Or frozen oceans of Titan? Maybe the vacuum and radiation of the open space? All of them are extremely hostile to the humans who evolved to exist only in a pretty limited range of conditions, unlike some microorganisms, archaea for example.
